Registration at the hospital takes forever 3 hours and emergency front desk attendants are rude. So do not go there for emergency cases. Except this our doctor Mayank Pathak (orthopedic) is excellent, nurses take good care, they maintain good cleanliness. Other support staff is a bit too loud for the inpatients and hence discomfort for the patients.

I must say my overall experience with hospital staff and it's facilities was very pleasant except the food. I was hospitalized under Dr. Mayank Pathak for my lower lumbar back pain for 2 days. He is very gentle and humble person. I asked him many questions regarding my condition even called him many times, but every time he entertained me very politely. He is very supportive and informative. During these 2 days I got a very good experience about the treatment and the hospitality of the staff. All are very polite and informative. One suggestion kindly tie-up with NICL.
